Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

In original condition with all tags attached

Returned in original packaging

Accompanied by valid proof of purchase
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We currently offer size exchanges only, subject to availability.

If your requested size is available, we will guide you through the exchange process once the return is approved.

If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.
Refunds & Store Credit

Approved returns are issued as store credit only, valid for future purchases on vexgen.store.

Refunds to the original payment method are not offered.

Store credit will be issued after the returned item passes quality inspection.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive:

A defective item

An incorrect product
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images.
Once verified, we’ll resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Products showing signs of wear, washing, or damage after delivery
Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
