Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition with all tags attached

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at

Please include:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Clear images (mandatory for damaged or incorrect items)

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Exchanges

We currently offer size exchanges only, subject to availability.

  • If your requested size is available, we will guide you through the exchange process once the return is approved.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.


Refunds & Store Credit

  • Approved returns are issued as store credit only, valid for future purchases on vexgen.store.

  • Refunds to the original payment method are not offered.

  • Store credit will be issued after the returned item passes quality inspection.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • An incorrect product

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images.
Once verified, we’ll resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, or damage after delivery


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

  • In cases of damaged or incorrect items, we will arrange return shipping at no extra cost.
