We currently ship across India.

Delivery timelines vary by location and courier partner. Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

All delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Current shipping charges (India):

₹50 for orders below ₹1500
Free shipping for orders ₹1500 and above

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information to monitor your shipment.

If you haven’t received tracking details within a reasonable time after placing your order, please contact us.

Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

VEXGEN is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete address details
Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability
Refusal to accept delivery

If re-shipping is required, the additional shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images so we can assist you promptly.
